Events to Include: Map and Compass Score Orienteering, GPS Score Orienteering, Geocaching Adults! The District will be conducting leader training while your boys are out participating in the events. Registration is $5.00 per person due by Wednesday, September 1st, to Carl Wust or David Abercrombie. LATE REGISTRATION after the 1st, please add $2.00. Every registered Scout and Adult will receive a patch; extra patches are $3.00 each. Each Unit that registers will receive two free adult registrations with patches. Each PATROL should bring at least 1 compass, 1 GPS, and 1 digital camera. Each patrol should plan on a skit for the campfire. REGISTRATION Attached is a registration form. Checks should be made payable to Atlanta Area Council. Note that exact names can be filled out the day of the event; the top part of the form reserves your spot. . CAMPSITES: Campsites will be assigned by first paid, first choice. Please contact Carl Wust, NOT the Council Office for campsite requests. The Council Office will refuse individual unit camping requests. As you are camping with a District event, the District has made the campsite reservations and will assign them to units on request. Campsites will be assigned based on size of the unit and timeliness of –paid – reservation.
